Ben Graybill

Biography:
Ben has handled a broad array of damage claims for the past 32 years. He leads the firm’s main office in Great Falls and represents clients statewide.
He regularly represents people killed or severely injured due to medical malpractice. He takes on cases against lawyers whose professional malpractice damages clients. He handles all manner of personal injury and large property damage claims for homeowners. He regularly brings claims against insurance companies that refuse to pay coverage they owe, including class action lawsuits against insurers that unfairly exclude insurance coverage for which they have received premiums. He has handled complex fire damage claims against the United States in the United States Court of Federal Claims. Ben has recovered millions for Montanans who are the victims of negligence, governmental misconduct, and insurance bad faith.
Ben is the winner of the Montana Bar Association’s George L. Bousliman Professionalism Award, which recognizes lawyers who establish a reputation for professionalism.
Ben joined Graybill Law Firm in 1992 after training with the leading plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in New England. He is the father of two daughters and lives with his wife in Great Falls.
